Packages with products available in stock are dispatched within two working days, subject to payment confirmation from our card processing agent. If your payment is being sent via bank transfer, we will confirm payment receipt manually, so please allow extra time for that.
If your product's status is showing as "In stock soon", that means that it is in transit, which can take up to 10 working days. This is the time required to clear all import duties and paperwork. We aim to dispatch your parcel faster, however we cannot guarantee that this will be the case.
If your order contains items which are both in stock and in transit, we will dispatch the parcel when all items are available in our stockroom. If you would like any of your items earlier, we recommend creating two separate orders. If you have already placed an order, please send us a message and we will do everything possible to satisfy your needs.
Packages sent to United Kingdom are shipped to you using one of next-day Royal Mail services: Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery. The delivery is free of charge on all orders dispatched to United Kingdom. All parcels are insured to the sum of order amount total.
International deliveries are dispatched using International Tracked service from Royal Mail. Delivery aim for Europe is 3 to 5 working days. Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3 to 4 working days. Worldwide delivery aim is 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery to overseas destinations may attract import VAT and / or customs duty. You will be responsible to pay any duty and local taxes due on receipt of the goods. The amount is calculated by the customs office at your country, so please refer to them with any enquiries related to that matter. We cannot be held responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur.
We cannot accept any liability or consequential loss for late arrival of products beyond our control. Any delivery dates on the website or mentioned in other communication are for guideline purposes only and may be subject to delays or delivery slippage from suppliers/shipping agents.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
