Important update for USA deliveries (effective 10th March 2026)
From 10th March 2026, our process for shipping orders to the USA has changed:
- We no longer collect or charge any US customs duties or import taxes at checkout.
- All USA orders are now shipped via UPS rather than Royal Mail.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or related fees are now handled directly by UPS, who will contact the recipient to arrange payment where applicable.
This updated process overrides the information in the section below, which applied only to orders shipped until 9th March 2026.
The information below applies only to historical orders shipped before 9th March 2026 and is kept here for reference. Please refer to the update above for the current process for USA deliveries.
Starting on 29th August 2025, parcels shipped to the USA will incur a compulsory surcharge in accordance with new Royal Mail and US customs regulations. The US government has removed the former “de minimis” exemption, which allowed parcels under $800 to be imported duty-free. Now, all goods - regardless of value - will be subject to customs duties and clearance fees. Royal Mail requires a handling charge to be paid for each parcel to cover the costs of compliance and secure delivery.
This surcharge, known also as Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP), ensures all required US import fees are paid in advance, preventing delays and guaranteeing smooth delivery to US based recipients. Therefore our store will apply appropriate fee at the checkout if the customer enters US based address. This will guarantee all customs fees to be paid up front and no further advances will be required on the goods import.
Thank you for your understanding as we comply with the latest international shipping regulations, providing reliable delivery and full transparency for your orders.
