All products sold to private individuals are subject to 24 months warranty. Products sold to businesses are subject to 12 months warranty.
Warranty excludes:
- mechanical damage
- devices modified by users (hardware of software mods)
- all upgrades and devices that need soldering
- Medusa and Hydra NCS2564 chip replacements due to wrong usage
If your device develops a fault, we will be happy to repair it or replace it with the new one, if none of the above excludes is applicable. Any repairs that are breaching above excluded conditions are subject to chargeable repairs. The cost of these repairs are individually agreed and will include cost of parts, postage and labour. All repair inspections of received items are video-recorded - from parcel opening until device testing has completed. These recording are available to the customers. If recording clearly shows, that there is no defect in supplied hardware, you will be charged return postage and minimum 1/2 hours labour charged at £40+VAT per hour.
